Shipping Policy
Each of my orders are carefully hand packed and most are ready to ship in 3-5 business days and use standard Canada-wide shipping. Send me a message here for other shipping options or to arrange a pickup/delivery if you live within the Greater Toronto Area.
All macrame wall hangings are handmade to order and require approximately 1-2 weeks to be completed and shipped. Send me a message to commission a custom piece based on any of the designs you see in the shop and bring your vision to life!
Return Policy
Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, I will gladly accept returns. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item(s) and have your item(s) ready to be shipped out within 14 days for a refund of the purchase price. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Sale and custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.

All payment is completed and verified through a secure third-party server so your personal information is kept private and confidential. Your privacy is extremely important to me.
