How can I wash my macrame?
We suggest either spot-cleaning or handwashing your items with soap and cold water for best reults. Projects may be placed in the washing machine on cold and on the lowest spin cycle, but do note that fraying may occur and/or fringe can come loose with this option.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes! Fun With Fibers offers wholesale pricing. Please contact us for our pricing and line sheets.

What are your order processing times?
Each of my orders are carefully hand packed and most are ready to ship in 3-7 business days. All macrame wall hangings are handmade to order and require approximately 7-14 business days to be completed and shipped. Send me a message to commission a custom piece based on any of the designs you see in the shop (or your own inspiration images) and bring your vision to life!

Do you offer free shipping?
At the moment, Fun With Fibers only offers pickup and hand-delivery services free of charge. Send us a message here to arrange a pickup/hand-delivery if you live within the Greater Toronto Area.

All sales are final unless there is an issue on our end.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s) if there is an issue with your order. Have your item(s) ready to be shipped out within 14 days for a refund to be issued. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards along with Apple Pay and Google Pay for purchases made in our online store.

Can I get a copy of my receipt or invoice?
All order confirmations and receipts are provided within 1hr of placing your order to the email you provided at check out.

We take pride in making with the earth in mind. By creating products that are built to last, from locally grown, natural fibers, the wellness of the planet is first and foremost in all that we do.

As a small business, we handmake all products in tiny batches, and always use repurposed, recycled, and second-hand materials before sourcing new. We use recycled and/or biodegradable packaging, and encourage our customers to repurpose everything they receive from Fun WIth Fibers.

We take pride in formulating the most natural products we can produce by focusing on natural fibers, organic ingredients, and non-toxic everything. Our goal is always to create a product that you love so much, you never throw it away. But, if you do, we made sure that majority of our products are recyclable or biodegradable.
